Ricciarelli
Soft and sweet biscuits made of almond paste, honey and white of egg. They represents another tasty and traditional sweet exclusively produced in Siena. Delight citizens and visitors since 1300, introduced, according to legend, by the knight Ricciardo Della Gherardesca on his return from the Crusades.
